Preserve Making Class
Join us at The Jam Shack, high on the hill overlooking the Firth of Forth surrounded by stunning countryside for a preserve making masterclass.
This half day course will see you learn to make a seasonal preserve tutored by award winning preserve maker Fiona Audsley. She will offer helpful hints and tips to help you make the perfect preserve every time.
You will enjoy some delicious refreshments and at the end of the day leave with a jam packed goody bag.
Half day classes run from 11am until 1.30pm and will have no more than 4 pupils at a time.
